I loved how close the hotel was to Battle Creek Lake, which is just a short walk away and offers beautiful views, and I appreciated the peaceful nature trails at Tamarack Nature Preserve that made my strolls even more enjoyable during my stay.

The indoor pool was great, but the staff was hard to find.

While the friendly staff attempted to be accommodating during the chaos, the manager's rudeness when contacted was disheartening. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, contributing positively to the stay, but overall, the environment and service left much to be desired.
